Plantation Forest Condo

Plantation Forest Condo is a community of two, 4-story buildings located in Central Plantation, FLorida.

This community is well managed and has been previously approved for conventional, conforming financing – which means you can buy in this condo community with only 5% down, and in some cases only 3% down. It is not FHA or VA approved however. Regardless of whether or not you are financing a purchase of one of these units, or paying cash, the condo rules requires that Buyers have a minimum credit score of 670.

Plantation Forest Condo does not allow pets or renting out a unit during the first year of ownership. Buyers also much be natural persons – no corporations, LLC’s, etc. The community has a pool shared by both buildings. Condo fees are approximately $406 per month and that includes water, amenities, common area and building maintenance, trash, sewer, building insurance and reserves. The units were designed to have washers and dryers inside.

The Broward County Public Schools serving Plantation Forest Condo are: Mirror Lake Elementary, Plantation Middle and Plantation High. The community employs Miami Management, Inc to manage the condo – they can be reached by phone at 305-378-0130.
