French Quarter Condo

The French Quarter is a Condo Community located in Plantation, Florida in the heart of Broward County.

This community is divided into 3 phases, welcomes all ages and allows pets up to 20 lbs. Amenities include two pools and tennis court, plus clubhouse, playground and more.

Fees are approximately $385 per month and includes water, trash and cable. The French Quarter requires a minimum 20% down to purchase. No leasing is allowed during the first year of ownership and no more than 10% of the total units can be rented out at one time, and that limit is usually full.
