We put a lot into making BestSouthFloridaMLS.com the best Site for searching South Florida Properties for sale, focusing on community based searches and providing hard to find information on popular (and not so popular) communities with a live feed of properties for sale in each community.
The Site was custom built and coded, but eventually technology advanced to the point that the entire Site became technically obsolete and increasingly difficult to maintain – so we made the tough decision to retire the Site and build a new one from scratch, using the best in class real estate search engine and updating all of our community information pages.

Realtyfinder.us expands our coverage area to Central Florida
The property search engine used on Realtyfinder.us allows us to expand our coverage area from Southeast Florida to an additional 18 Counties in Central Florida, including the major metropolitan areas of Orlando and Tampa, in addition to our previous coverage of Miami-Dade, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach metro areas – a total of 22 Counties in South and Central Florida.
Property search functionality is completed in all areas we cover with what we believe is the best search experience available. and we will be building back updated versions of all our community and lifestyle pages as we move forward.
